+34 years experience in the Energy industry, I began my career as an apprentice at Baker CAC, building and test well control systems in the workshop and in the field.  I was promoted from a technician to the engineer team, developing from a projects engineer to a Senior Lead Engineer for Topside & Subsea Controls as the company transferred from Baker CAC to eProduction Solutions to Weatherford, and finally Proserv. My last 14 years I've been working within the commercial team as a Proposal Engineer and the Proposal Manger involved in various technical, commercial and contractual aspects of Proserv products and services.
