Ben is an ICAS qualified accountant and an experienced senior finance leader. As CFO, Ben is primarily responsible for providing financial and strategic support to the global Operations, Commercial and Sales Executives, whilst retaining overall accountability for the creation and execution of Proserv’s financial, IT and ERP support function strategies.

After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2011 with a local firm, Ben spent 5 years with a Big-4 firm leading the audits of several FTSE 100 international O&G Operators and OFS Companies. This afforded Ben exposure to Board level considerations whilst leading multi-disciplined teams across North America and the Middle East. Ben spent the next 3 years leading the UK Finance Organisation at Aker Solutions.

Ben first joined Proserv in 2020 as Group Financial Controller before subsequently taking on the role of Finance Director. Ben joined the business during a significant period of change and has overseen the reorganisation of the global finance function, a refinancing exercise, and a number of M&A transactions including the recent sponsor backed MBO.
