We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Great Yarmouth.
This is a key role supporting the successful delivery of engineering and subsea projects from award through to completion. Working closely with Project Managers and colleagues across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial and Quality, you will help ensure projects remain on schedule, milestones are achieved and client expectations are met.

What We Are Looking For
As our Project Coordinator, you will provide hands-on coordination and project support across the full project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Project Managers with the execution and delivery of projects from award through to completion.
Coordinating activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure project plans are delivered effectively.
Maintaining a detailed understanding of project schedules, milestones, deliverables and key dependencies.
Monitoring project progress, identifying schedule deviations and supporting the development and implementation of mitigation plans.
Building strong working relationships across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial and Quality teams.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business systems.
Supporting project reporting, KPIs, risk registers, lessons learned and project close-out activities.
Helping to ensure project activities remain aligned with agreed execution plans and schedules.
Promoting a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture throughout all phases of project delivery.
Supporting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role, ideally with experience supporting projects through the full project lifecycle.
You will bring:
Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Good commercial and operational awareness.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, alongside strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
A minimum of Level 3 (A-Level, NVQ or equivalent vocational qualification), together with relevant experience or qualifications in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience within Oil & Gas, Subsea, Offshore, Energy, Renewables, Engineering or Industrial Services would be advantageous.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project would also be beneficial.
This is an office based role at our facility on Beacon Park, Great Yarmouth, working 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility required to support critical project deadlines when necessary.
Occasional travel to company facilities, suppliers, subcontractors and client sites may be required. Offshore travel is not normally required.
