What You Need to Know
We are looking for a skilled technician to join our Trondheim team and support the delivery of Proserv's subsea and topside technology solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will work with the assembly, testing and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment used in demanding offshore environments.
Working closely with colleagues across engineering, testing and operations, you will play an important part in ensuring our products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys practical, workshop-based work and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
In this role, you will be involved in the assembly and testing of subsea and topside products while supporting a range of workshop and product delivery activities.
You will work closely with engineering and test teams to ensure equipment is assembled, tested and documented in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
The role also includes maintaining tools, equipment and workshop facilities to support safe and efficient operations.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Technical education within an electrical or related technical discipline.
Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
A structured and proactive approach to work, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
Preferred
Experience from a similar technical role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Experience from manufacturing, production or workshop environments.
Practical experience with mechanical assembly activities.
