What You Need to Know
We are looking for a structured and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, registering, storing, and dispatching goods while helping to ensure the warehouse is operated safely, efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong attention to detail and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and organisation.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient warehouse operations.
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods, ensuring inventory transactions and records are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Pick and prepare materials for projects and customer orders, and process relevant transactions in the ERP system.
Support inventory management activities, including stock counts, inventory adjustments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring all import and export documentation is handled and maintained in compliance with company procedures.
Handle dangerous goods shipments in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements.
Load and unload goods using warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
Sort, register, and distribute incoming deliveries.
Actively contribute to a safe working environment by following Health & Safety procedures, reporting incidents, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or goods receiving environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Preferred
Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Forklift certification (T4 and/or T8).
Knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes.
ADR/IMDG certification or experience handling dangerous goods.
Relevant certifications related to forklift operations, lifting equipment, or the transportation of dangerous goods are considered an advantage.
