What We Are Looking For
To maintain Certificate/Test/Inspection records from Certification/Inspection body & all QHSE records associated with Project, Material Test Certificate/Calibration certificate in both electronic and hard copy. Key Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
• Accurately file, ensure protection and preservation of QHSE documents and data.
• Maintain the Certificate/Test/inspection records from Certification/Inspection body.
• Improve QC document control process.
• Take ownership and help in timely preparation/updating of the Project MRB in both soft copy and hard copy complying with the approved MRB Index.
• Compile and correlate the Material Certificates and traceability records.
• Scanning, indexing, and digital archiving of project QC documents.
• Support the Quality Engineer by completing documentation and other assigned tasks.
• Flag or highlight documentation-related issues early and communicate them for timely resolution.
• Compile and maintain documentation pertaining to Valve Build. • Prepare and maintain test reports for tests carried out in-house, supporting Production and Quality.
Key Performance Indicators
• Contribution in Developing & Implementation of the internal & external documentation handling models to effectively manage documentation.
• To ensure all certificates are arranged and saved in a proper way and easily accessible to all.
• To ensure certificates are available as per the Traceability prepared and MRB requirements.
• Maintain the QHSE documentation system for easy retrieval.
• Control and segregate the document into legible and readable files.
• Submission of QHSE documents pertaining to Projects on time.
• Ensure all QC documents comply with QHSE, ISO, and client-specific requirements as applicable, and are audit-ready.
• Reduce paper wastage. QHSE Responsibilities

• Always stop unsafe work, whether intervening with others or taking time to check risks and change your own plan to make things safer.
• Report quality problems and safety incidents promptly. Help with investigations, share openly and honestly to help prevent those issues happening again.
• Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement, challenge waste or inefficiency, share ideas for improvement, and follow up until there’s a result.
Qualifications Education Essential
• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience Essential
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience of Operations and Document Control in the Oil & Gas/EPC projects or similar Industry.
• Adept knowledge of MS Office 365 and very good computer skills.
• Accurate data entry skill with attention to detail.
Preferred
• Experience in document and data management through software, D365, MS Office 365 etc. Core Competencies
• Documentation & Collation: ITPs, QPs, calibration/test certificates, material certifications, Engineering drawings, Manufacturing Record Book, and quality packs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams.
