What You Need to Know
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and solutions to our clients, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, maintain client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery activities.
This is an opportunity to:
Lead and manage service delivery:
Plan, schedule and allocate resources across multiple projects and contracts
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements
Monitor performance metrics and report on delivery status to stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams:
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics and commercial teams
Provide clear direction, support and coaching to delivery personnel
Manage third-party suppliers and subcontractors where required
Assure quality, safety and compliance:
Implement and maintain QA/QC processes for delivered services
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements
Drive best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
Client engagement and commercial responsibility:
Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery
Manage change control, invoicing milestones and commercial performance
Support business development through delivery excellence and client satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned contracts and projects to meet required quality, cost and schedule targets
Develop and maintain delivery plans, resource forecasts and project risk registers
Ensure deliverables comply with company QA/QC standards and client specifications
Manage and motivate teams to achieve high performance and a culture of continuous improvement
Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management and clients
Drive incident investigation and corrective actions where required
Support on-site activities, including commissioning and client acceptance where necessary (UK and overseas)
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in engineering, project management, or a related discipline (preferred)
Professional project management certification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMI) is advantageous
Experience
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar operational/project delivery role
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex service or project delivery environments
Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver against project objectives
Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and project performance
Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems
Skills & Capabilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive high performance
Excellent project management capability, including planning, coordination, and performance monitoring
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and track delivery performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships

The majority of the role will be office-based at our Great Yarmouth facility, however occasional site attendance may be required both in the UK and overseas including offshore environments. Candidates must hold a valid passport and UK driving licence. Some roles may require a level of personal fitness to maintain offshore survival certification; additional details will be provided during the recruitment process.
