What You Need to Know
We are looking for a skilled technician to perform electrical and mechanical assembly of products manufactured in Trondheim, including subsea and topside equipment, in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
The role also supports assembly of electrical test equipment and R&D activities while working closely with Engineering and Test teams to ensure high product quality.
What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
Electrical and Mechanical assembly of Subsea and Topside products.
Perform various testing activities, including electrical tests, seal tests, and nitrogen charging.
Supporting design of equipment in cooperation with engineering and R&D.
Day to day work and maintenance tasks in the workshop.
Ensure test procedures and/or other required documentation in relation to the job is complete and in order.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the company HSE and QA procedures and standards.
Ensuring that workshop facilities, equipment and tools are in good order at all times.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Essential
Documented education within Electrical or other relevant technical discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Good verbal and written Norwegian and English.
Preferred
Minimum experience from a similar position, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience from manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.
Experience with Mechatronics or hydraulic systems is an advantage.
