What You Need to Know
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to take overall responsibility for delivering client projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As the primary point of contact for the client, you will lead the project from initiation to close-out, ensuring alignment with Proserv processes, contractual requirements, and project goals.
You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, leading multidisciplinary teams, driving performance, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality. What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and proactive leader with the ability to build strong relationships, inspire teams, and deliver outstanding results. You will need strong communication skills, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment. A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential.
You will have full accountability for project delivery, acting with the authority of Proserv Management.
You will lead and influence project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
This role involves occasional travel to other facilities and subcontractor locations, but offshore work is not anticipated.
Standard working hours apply; however, flexibility may be required at key project stages.
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
Provide leadership across the project lifecycle to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Establish and resource the project organisation with qualified team members.
Develop project vision, goals, and success criteria, ensuring alignment across the team.
Promote high standards of HSSE and positively influence safety culture.
Develop and drive the project execution plan to achieve schedule, budget, and quality targets.
Use Proserv-standard tools for real-time monitoring of schedule, cost, and performance.
Lead effective risk and change management processes.
Ensure contract requirements are understood and communicated to the team.
Maintain accurate cost models and highlight deviations promptly.
Oversee invoicing milestones and support payment recovery.
Coordinate work across internal functions, subcontractors, and vendors.
Provide accurate reporting to clients and internal management.
Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement.
Ensure thorough contract close-out with all stakeholders.
Support tendering and bid teams as required.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Essential
Proven experience coordinating and delivering projects.
Strong understanding of project execution processes and principles.
Fluent English language skills.
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred familiarity with Microsoft AX12 and Primavera P6.
Preferred
Industry experience within a relevant sector.
PMP or CAPM certification (or working towards).
