What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator who will plan and coordinate service activities and support sales to existing customers, ensuring professional advice and technical guidance on company products. You will act as a key link between customers and internal teams, contributing to knowledge sharing and global cross-selling initiatives.
Health, safety, and quality are central to this role. You will be expected to engage in training, stop unsafe work, report incidents promptly, and actively contribute to continuous improvement. Strong technical and/or mechanical experience is required to meet customer needs with confidence and professionalism.
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
Plan and coordinate service jobs both offshore and onshore, ensuring efficient scheduling and documentation.
Take ownership of the service process from quotation to invoicing for timely and accurate execution.
Coordinate material deliveries to offshore and onshore locations in collaboration with procurement and logistics.
Assist with coordination of mobilization and demobilization of personnel for offshore and onshore service jobs.
Maintain accurate records in the ERP system for service orders, materials, and job progress.
Provide professional advice and technical guidance to customers, supporting sales and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor job progress and proactively resolve issues to meet customer expectations.
Ensure all required documentation for service jobs is accurate and complete before closure (job reports, timesheets, calibration certificates etc.)
Ensure all service activities comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong organizational and planning abilities with a structured approach
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Self-driven and confident working independently across all levels
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
Mechanical background or understanding
