Role Synopsis

Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)

• Review the bid documents RFQ, understand the scope of work, align with Proserv Product
• Knowledge in Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Electricals with Explosion proof areas.
• Preparation of Technical compliance for the RFQ.
• Preparation of Technical Clarification.
• Schedule the client meeting for technical clarification & clear the points.
• Preparation of Hydraulic calculation & Hydraulic P&ID.
• Selection of Instruments required for the Project.
• Preparation of General Assembly drawing.
• Understanding the Cause & Effect Matrix.
• Sending Enquiry for Suppliers & also referring to the Previous Price Comparison.
• Junction box Sizing, LCP design, cable gland & Cable Sizing.
• Preparation of Hydraulic BOM & Electrical BOMS along with Pricing.
• Estimations of Engineering Hours & Production hours, taking approvals from HODS.
• Follow DOA & discuss with Management & get approval for Sell price.
• Review of the T&CS along with Contracts team.
• Preparation of Techno commercial offer in xait,
• Submission of Techno commercial offer to client.

Qualifications

Education

Essential

• Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (BE) or equivalent from reputed University with commanding academic record

Experience

• Fresh Graduate
