What You Need to Know
In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective support to the Workshop/assets department. This will include the keeping of accurate asset & technician records, assisting with the preparation and running of utilisation reports, workshop document control and any required administrative duties.
What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure that Technician hours are logged against appropriate project
- Assist with the preparation of utilisation reports
- Maintain accurate maintenance and certification records
- Monitor training expiry dates and support the coordination of refresher or new training courses.
- Input expense reports on the ERP system
- Coordinate lift & calibration inspections and file certification accordingly
- Collate certification packs in time for the mobilisation of equipment.
- Assist with downloading test data from digital test gauges and create test charts
- Assist with hose management for the site
- Create and update maintenance orders and support the movements of assets on the system
- Create and issue de-mobilisation workpacks for returning Proserv assets
- Record third party hires and request off-hires for workshop operations
- Assist with sourcing goods & services for workshop, including raising POs
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Essential
- National 5 (or equivalent) passes in English and Maths
- Strong Administration skills
- Competent in Microsoft programs, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams & Sharepoint.
- Flexibility to deal with daily change and reassessment of priorities
- Good interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience within operations/workshop department
- Experience with Power BI
