Join Proserv – Drive Supplier Excellence!

Are you passionate about supplier quality and process improvement? Proserv is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to enhance supplier performance, reduce non-conformances, and drive efficiency across our global supply base. This is a full time role which can be based from any of our sites in Great Yarmouth, Aberdeen or Glasgow; but can also be a fully remote role based anywhere in the UK as long as you can make the commitment to travelling to our Proserv sites and customers when required. 

This is an exciting and fulfilling role, reporting into our SQE Manager. You will work closely with the SQE Team and expect to travel within the UK and Mainland Europe. 

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct onsite & remote audits to ensure supplier compliance.
✔ Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans.
✔ Improve on-time delivery & reduce non-conformances.
✔ Drive supplier development & performance initiatives.
✔ Collaborate with Engineering & Project Management teams.
✔ Support Quarterly Business Reviews & supplier scorecards.
✔ Ensure accurate supplier performance reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience in supplier quality, auditing, or development.
🔹 Knowledge of Lean, FMEA, SPC & quality control processes.
🔹 Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
🔹 Willingness to travel across the UK & Mainland Europe.
