What We Are Looking For

Some of the Key Accountabilities:

• In-house, onsite & offshore calibration, repair & maintenance of customer and Proserv owned equipment
  

• Scheduled re-calibrations/test of customer and Proserv owned equipment
• Carry out all works in accordance with defined works procedures and quality, health & safety requirements, also Proserv policies.
• Work together as a team and individually where required to maintain an organised and effective department.
• Carry out in house and customer training on the use and maintenance of Proserv owned equipment, both within Proserv’s facilities or customers own base of operations.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers as required to satisfactorily complete each work scope.
• Encourage and assist colleagues in keeping a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Provide technical support to operations team, using initiative and experience to identify solutions to technical issues which may arise.
• Perform any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by line management within a time frame specified in a safe and effective manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to do so.
• Potential ad hoc offshore/overseas work scopes, either individually or as part of a team.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Previous experience in a similar role, working with electrical, pressure and dimensional calibration equipment.

• PC literate
• Good communication skills
• UK driver’s license

Desirable

Electrical qualification/experience with electrical circuitry and testing.

• Experience with cleanliness standards and working to achieve these.
• BOSIT/FOET/HUET/CA-EBS/Norwegian escape chute/MIST
