What You Need to Know

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5-8 years of expertise in hazardous area electrical inspections, installations, and engineering. The role involves reviewing and preparing technical and commercial proposals, as well as bills of quantities to determine material and manpower requirements. You will be responsible for managing electrical-related field operations, overseeing the daily execution of site tasks, and ensuring optimal team utilization to meet project timelines. Additionally, you should be proficient in preparing and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and other engineering documentation.

What We Are Looking For

Some of the Key Accountabilities:

• Manage monthly P&L updates for assigned projects, ensuring accurate project cost booking, and maintaining cost tracking systems.
• Maintain the “White Board & Operations Planner” to track site personnel movement and plan manpower resources for various sites.
• Oversee daily site operations, optimizing team utilization to meet project deadlines, and coordinating with clients for signed Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Timesheets (TS).
• Plan and oversee project financial forecasts, revenue, expenses, and prepare work packs for installation, inspection, and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support to project, sales, production, and facility teams while mentoring subordinates and supporting their professional development.
• Conduct client visits and site visits for technical support, business development, and quality assurance.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, bills of quantities, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain strong communication with internal and external clients.

• Expertise in electrical logic and circuits
• Extensive experience in hazardous area electrical engineering, inspection, and installations
• Strong resource management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into orders
• Proficiency in computer skills, with excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities
• Assertive and confident in customer interactions
• Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

• Bachelor Graduate Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• CompEx/IEC Ex certified
