What We Are Looking For
To primarily assist with the quality control team to gather and collate the inspection documents, quality and testing procedures, QHSE records in both forms – soft and hard copy to collate the MRB as per the schedules. Prepare the manufacturing data books and project quality dossiers. Ensure the number of copies in both forms prepared and submitted to Project Team for submission to the client.
Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
- Ensure document and records management, for their easy retreveability, legibility and protection and preservation.
- Accountable for preparation and on time submission of the MRBs
- Ensure an effective and economical documentation process
- Timely follow up between the stakeholders and ensure receipt of the inspection records and documents.
- Maintain a record of the KPIs related document submission and report the same on a monthly basis to the QHSE Manager.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Education
Essential
- Exposure to the project quality documentation in Oil and Gas field
- Exposure to MS office and excellent computer skills.
- Attentive, accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
Preferred
- Diploma in any discipline.
Experience
Essential
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in document and data management in Oil and Gas Field.
Preferred
- Lean / Axapta experience.
- Experience in document and data management through software, MS access etc.
