Davis has more than 25 years' experience in the energy industry, driving an extensive digitalisation strategy across the team's solutions and offerings, as well as a proactive pilot into the renewables sector, focused by offshore wind by harnessing Proserv's expertise in control system integration and subsea environments. Davis joined the company as its CFO and Executive VP in 2010 before subsequently taking on the roles as COO and Chief Strategy Officer. 

Previously, Davis spent two years as CFO at Bateman Litwin, a UK AIM listed EPC company. Early in his career Davis held various finance and leadership positions at Vetco Gray (now part of Baker Hughes), as well as spending eight years at Schlumberger across various posts working in Europe, the US and the Middle East. Davis is a CIMA qualified accountant with an MBA from Erasmus University.
